How can I make a payment?

Payment can be made through all registered Credit Cards and Debit Cards, Online payment through bank transfer, UPI, and Cash on Delivery.

How do I understand if your saree will fit me?

You can check out the Saree and Blouse Length of all our sarees by clicking on the product and checking the details.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order fully or partially before it is shipped. However, additions to your order or changes to the product ordered cannot be made. You need to place a new order for the same.

Is registration on the website compulsory?

No, it is not compulsory to register to shop at koylook.com to browse. You can checkout as a guest without a need to create an account.

What are the exceptions and non-returnable items?

Customized items (such as special orders or personalized items) and items on discounts cannot be returned or exchanged or canceled.
International orders are not eligible for return and exchange

In how much time will I receive money for cancelled/returned order?

All sales are final and products are eligible only for return and exchanges for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact and the product is not used or washed .

What is your privacy policy?

At Kozylook, we do not store your card details. You are redirected to the respective bank's secure payment site when you enter the card details. Bank exchanges the data provided by you with your issuing bank through a Secured Socket Layer. Your bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive/store your card details?
