Refund policy

At Kozylook, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return, refund, and exchange guidelines below:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, it is fully refundable.

  • If you wish to return a product because you don’t like it, we accept returns only if the request is raised within 24 hours of delivery. The customer must ship the product back to us at:

  • Blouses are non-returnable due to hygiene purposes. To ensure better fitting, we provide extra margins for local alterations.

  • Pre-draped sarees are strictly non-returnable.

  • Products purchased under deep discounts or sale are not eligible for return.

  • The brand reserves the right to provide either a refund to the original mode, a refund coupon, or store credit.


Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please ship it back to us in its original condition and packaging.

  • Once received and approved, we will process an exchange within our collection.

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges must be borne by the customer.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order items (including sarees ordered with fall & pico, ready-to-wear finishing, or pre-draped sarees) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage/defect.


Process to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Please mention your order number for quick processing.

  3. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.

  4. Once the product is received and passes quality checks, we will initiate your refund or exchange as applicable.

💡 Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded/exchanged after quality verification.
