No, it is not compulsory to register to shop at koylook.com to browse. At the point of checkout, you will be required to register.

You can create an account at www.kozylook.com by signing up with a registered email ID. After entering your email ID, you’ll receive an OTP with which you can create your account & add your details.

You can cancel the order fully or partially before it is shipped. However, additions to your order or changes to the product ordered cannot be made. You need to place a new order for the same.
All sales are final and products are eligible only for return and exchanges for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact and the product is not used or washed .
Customized items (such as special orders or personalized items) and items on discounts cannot be returned or exchanged or canceled.

Yes, it is possible to change your information; this can be done in the My Account section under the edit profile tab.
We will charge shipping for your order unless specified. Shipping charges may vary based on the amount of the order. If you want more information, you can see our shipping policy. We do not charge additional for any extra amount on the delivery, so you need not make the payment to the delivery man for your order.

At Kozylook, we do not store your card details. You are redirected to the respective bank's secure payment site when you enter the card details. Bank exchanges the data provided by you with your issuing bank through a Secured Socket Layer. Your bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive/store your card details?
