SHIPPING

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas.

For shipping timelines ,please refer to product description page for each product.

Please note that Saturdays,Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries

DOMESTIC

1. Shipping within India is free for PREPAID orders irrespective of the number of items bought
2. Shipping for COD orders is ₹150 irrespective of the number of items bought
3. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be visible at my account (track order section) and we shall update you on email and whatsapp too
4. Order can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partners website too
5. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before it is returned to us . In case it is returned to us , no refund will be entertained.
6. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including PIN CODE and a contact number to ensure faster and hassle free delivery
7. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 3-4  days depending upon your location . (customer service will take confirmation for COD orders )

INTERNATIONAL

1. Shipping charge for our international customers will be calculated during the check out depending on order value and dimensions of your order and the location to be delivered
2. Orders are delivered within 10-12 days from dispatch .
3. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout
4. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry ,and they vary based on destination of country and products imported
5. Customers to pay taxes the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery . If a customer refuses to pay these charges then delivery will not be possible and no refund will be entertained.

For Domestic orders,we accept all major Debit and Credit Cards ,Net banking options across major as well as as recognised Wallet & UPI options.
