RETURN POLICY

All sales are final and products are eligible for return and exchange for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact and the product is not used or washed.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Customized items (such as personalized items, fall picco done) and items on discounts cannot be returned or exchanged or cancelled

Any saree ordered with FALL AND PICCO and READY TO WEAR are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products on sale are not eligible for returns.

International orders are not eligible for return and exchange except in situation mentioned below

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it ,unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted ,we’ll send you a return shipping label ,as well as instruction on how and where to send your package . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non refundable

The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer

Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by the team. The amount refunded will only be of the product and not the shipping charges
